Product Overview
ZXM series pneumatic diaphragm straight-through sleeve regulating valve is a pressure balance type regulating valve. It adopts sleeve guiding and pressure balance type dual sealing face valve core structure. With multiple spring actuators, it boasts compact structure, light weight and good stability. S streamlined fluid passage realizes small pressure drop loss, large allowable pressure differential, low noise and great flow capacity. It is widely used to accurately control technological parameters (such as pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level) of gas, liquid and other media at set values. It is especially suitable for workplaces with large flow rate and large differential pressure before and after the valve.
This series product includes standard type, heat dissipation type, low temperature type, regulation cutoff type, siphon seal type and jacket thermal insulation type. Its nominal pressure level is PN (Mpa) 1.6, 4.0, 6.4 and 10.0; caliber range of valve body DN (mm) is 20~200; applicable fluid temperature is from -196℃ to +560℃, with many grades in the range. Leakage standard includes grade IV, grade V and grade Vi. Flow characteristic includes straight line and equal percent. Various types and specifications are available.
Product Features
?With balance type valve core structure, axial unbalanced force is small, allowable pressure differential is large and stability is good.
?Sleeve owns strong interchangeability, convenient disassembly and assembly, as well as easy repair.
?All metal valve core structure applies to many workplaces and reaches grade IV leakage standard. ZXMQ type soft seal valve core reaches grade VI leakage standard.
?In fluid mechanics principle, valve body is designed with a passage of uniform section, low flow resistance and wide adjustable range. Inherent adjustable ratio is 50; rated flow coefficient increases by 30%.
?Actuator adopts multiple spring structure, whose height is reduced by 30% and weight is reduced by 30%.
?ZXMV siphon seal regulating valve forms complete seal of mobile valve road, and thus eliminates fluid leakage.
?ZXMJ regulating valve with thermal insulation jacket is used in places where cooled fluid easily crystallizes, solidifies and jams.
